What are the monthly room rates?
Shared rooms are $750 per resident, per month, and private rooms are $999 per month. Rates include furnishings, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry access, and a dedicated in-room refrigerator for each resident.
How can I check room availability?

Is Dignity Row Homes a personal-care home?
No. We provide independent shared housing and do not provide medical care, personal care, medication management, supervision, or clinical services. Reasonable-accommodation requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
What are the visitor and substance policies?
Visitors require advance approval, and overnight guests are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, violence, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
Is public transportation nearby?
Yes. The anticipated Decatur home is approximately 300 feet from the MARTA stop at South Hairston Road and Bermuda Run Court, served by Route 111 South Hairston Road/Wesley Chapel Road. The exact home address is provided during the placement process.
